Q: Is there a phone number for inquiries?
A: The phone number of the person in charge is listed on the reservation site. We also respond via Instagram DM. *Please note that as I am a salaried worker, responses may be slow.
Q: Is there one car per reservation?
A: When making a reservation, please reserve up to three cars per room. If you need four cars, please reserve two rooms.
Q: Can I pay by credit card on site?
A: The only payment method available on-site is cash. If you would like to pay by credit card, please select credit card payment as the payment method when making your reservation.
Q: Is there a shower?
A: There are no showers. Please use the hot spring facilities nearby.
